Did these renders ever enter the game? Because my classes still don't look this good, am I missing something?

Unfortunately no, they didn't. They would have been part of AOCs next update, which was cancelled as we switched to the UDK part way through.

That's a massive shame, because i'd love to play with those renders.... Can you maybe release them as custom skins or something? I can't tell you how much of a turn off these helmets are for me in the current AOC xD

Been using that as my avatar for ages. Had it on the old boards to.

Would be awesome to have those skins in game but then again I can happily wait for the new game.

Yeah I remember those crusaders being planned back when. Turns out from the looks of it, that they are but proto-vangaurds.
Also as nice a thought it would be, it kinda would be unfair that only the crusader would get a new render, because I don't see the others getting that privilege. After all wasn't further work on AoC declared null and void?
